So today... I only had 4 hours of sleep. cause i've been talking shit with my sister about, should we have sex with our boss when we're in deep trouble (kena chase by ah long, spray red paint, chopped off hands etc etc)to get One Million bucks to save my happy family...
So em... We both have different opinions...
And so, after 4 hours of sleep. My skin looks like shit too... Taking pictures in the car makes me look like hamburglar!! *grr*

Hohohohoho... Shrek ears... borrowed it from my darling YiNKy so I can wear it to watch Shrek the Third next week! Or tomorrow!! XD

The reason why I sacrificed my beauty sleep and only tidur for only 4 hours is cause I have to meet me pals... And YiNKy terlupa wanna give this to me... Of course la I chose Fashion Victim... kesian YiNKy have to take No Fashion... or something liddat... haha

And Jean cut her hair.. Finally after so many gazillion years I panggil her to freaking cut straight china doll fringe... And she did it!! But grew longer slightly so not so China-doll already... -.-
Long time no see ah... She kinda look like, one of the assassins in either Kill Bill or Charlie's Angel.. One of em' was wearing some Kimono-like top and with this hair style... Can't remember who... *bleh*
Then as you know, I don't really have a life except for stoning and rotting at home... So, right before my mommy flies off to the border of China, I bought stuffs for baking...
And I baked what I bake best!! XD
Chocolate Chip Cookies!!
Ingredients you need: Measuring cups, Butter, 2 eggs, multi purpose flour, sifter, Chocolate chips(I prefer Vochelle ones, not so bitter but Van Houten is fine.) Vanilla essence, Castor sugar. And an oven unless you wanna, cook it on a stove. XD
Em, basically, I just pour the remaining packet of sugar of I think less than 3/4 cup into 75grams of butter. Gosh... I think eating this batch of cookies will bring my cholesterol to a new higher level and diabetes... wtf I screwed the baking soda shit, cause the last time I used it, My cookies raised into a motherfucking palm size... And it's not cooked... -.-
Scoop butter (I use SCS, but they no longer sell them in cubes so I bought the spreadable one instead cause I like this brand's butter.) Scoop butter into a big bowl (Notice it's green what's wrong with me??) pour in sugar and cream it!! It's so soft and creamy...
Tip: Next time just buy spreadable butter, save time, save strength. I think I know where my muscles came from... *proud*
Sift in 2 and a half cups of flour/multi purpose flour (up to you, don't use kentucky chicken flour can already) if you're using 75grams of butter. 50grams of butter I used about 1 3/4 cups. You do the math... Beat 2 whole eggs and add 1 1/2 tspn of Vanilla Essence. And mix well!
Then you'll get this pastel yellow colour dough!! It's kinda yummy..
After that add chocolate chips!! I added one whole packet of chocolate chips considering I don't know when will be the next time I'm using it again so don't waste it just throw it in. Then mix...
The chuck it in a pre-heated oven at 175 degrees Celcius and bake for 15 minutes. I'm weird so I change it to 200 degress in between, bake a while and switch it back to 175 degrees. Can try if you want...

Baking cookies reminds me how I used to play with me close kawan and how I taught my kakak Many to bake for her boyfriend. And every single time, I use back the same utensils and the same brand of ingredients. Except for the chocolate chips which Vochelle stopped supplying it...
How I miss those days... *sad*
