Both have great specs, but only the Canon one is with 8megapixels but the Nikon one is 6.1megapixels...
I've taken a picture with yin's brother's 350D it is very heavy and the pictures are superb... *faints*

Nikon now release D300 series which is newest professional camera in mid-end class. The interesting in this series is 12 megapixel CMOS sensor usage with automatic dirt reducer feature. This feature is new technology which figured in by Nikon at their camera, remembers there are not one of Nikon DSLR series having this feature.
