Rika: haha THANK YOU!! :) But erm usual lar eyeliner and mascara... T_T i switched from clear to coloured contacts so I think it's nicer?? xD
Anon: Hmm, how to describe... I use the solid colour tool at the layer options there?? And you play around with the colours, and select exclusion... then play wiht the opacity for optimum effect.. Hope ya understand... =/ I used cobalt blue for this effect with around 30% opacity.. :P haha hope it helps..
