Anyway back to main topic... My mom told me my dad want me to take some medicine... And cause I think he seen my eating habits... And decided it is time to cut on those shit...
And my lunch used to be:
- 2 bowls of rice
- A plate of potato and pork cooked in curry (potatoed = carbs, curry = coconut milk = FAT! = fatal)
- A bowl of soup cooked with egg (healthy by itself but when you eat with the above 2 = fatal)
- A plate of fried brinjals drenched in oil, I call it Brinjal confit wtf
So i asked my mom " but will it bring me any side effects??" I was making out excuses cause I am in denial that my dad is sorta, living me out wtf I thought he was suppose to love me no matter what I'm his daughter wey!! Ok shit, that was suppose to be married couples =.= I mixed everything up ok this is getting lame~
And my mom told me " what's your father's profession?? He won't led you to a dark alley right"
I nodded in agreement.

For those who don't understand chinese (especially in fan ti zi wtf do u get??)

- Effectively reduces 5% - 10% of your original weight... (for my case I shed 20% omg =3)
And their sorta pickup line is

AHAHAHAHAHAHAAH GOOD PICKUP LINE WTF!! GOOD TRY!!
28 pills of 10mg Reductil is retailing at RM 196 in major pharmacy chains, this is sounding like an advertorial now crap -_-Comes in 15mg as well, but my dad don't want me to get too much of a side effect so he gave me the less concentrated one. =D
Oh well, you gotta suffer a lil for good results no?
I googled up the side effects, minor ones will be like imsomnia, constipation or diarrhea, or even anxiety... Man no wonder I was so unstable last year. And the MAY-JUH ones will be like kidney disease... Eh don't bullshit ok, unless you don't drink water when you eat this, then sorry la your kidney confirm fail!
So summary is:
1. You take a tablet a day
2. You eat less food (ie. LESS RICE, less meat, less carbs and fats and less pancakes jengjeng) BUT cause you took the tablet beforehand, you'll feel FULL even after eating much less than what you always take in order to feel "full"
3. You STILL have to go on regular exercise/workout session cause you're suppose to lose weight and to maintain. This is no magic pill you don't take a tablet a day and expect to lose weight in a snap. And *poof* I'm skinny. NO it will NEVER happen unless you go for liposuction wtf you *poof* went to sleep and wake up you're damn skinny
4. Results may differ in different individual wtf. Cause some said the tablet do them no effects. But I suspect cause God want me to be pretty and that I've been mocked more than enough in my entire life so he grant me with higher metabolic rate and that period and I lost weight! =D
ON a lighter note (omg i'm 16 kgs lighter wtf ahaahahhaha pun intended)

I think it's a bad idea to post up presription medication or non presription medication on your site as people have the tendency to self-diagnose.
People who need advice on their diet should seek advice from a suitable qualified profession first as different people need and reacts differently to medication.
I know this medication works for you and your dad is a doctor but that doesn't mean it's suitable for everyone.
They should go see a doctor themselves and get personal recommendation from the doctor. Some may suffer allergy reaction to certain chemicals (my partner is allergic to panadol and almost died because his eyes and throat started to swell so badly and he had difficulty in breathing) or other health problem such as diabetes etc. All these should be taken into consideration before taking any medication.

jen: I think my readers are smart enough to read that, results may differ because diff people have different reaction to the medicine, and IF they are to take up the medicine as recommended by me, they would be smart enough to check the website link I attached above and read about it, and also the pharmacist who will be selling the medicine will give them advice on that.... Furthermore, I am just doing them a favour to post it up cause they commented in my previous "transformation" post that they wanna know what I do, and this is what I did to lose the weight that i wanted to shed.
and I'm sorry to hear that your partner had a bad experience with panadol, and it IS important to get professional advise from a doctor or whoever in charge before taking in any type of prescription. =D No hard feelings here Imma put up a disclaimer now! :)
I hope that you won't this the wrong way, I have nothing against you. In fact, I enjoy reading your blog. Your blog is popular and widely read by different age group of readers. I'm just worried that teenage girls out there who are under huge pressure to remain super skinny will start abusing themselves with medication and such. You have the right to post whatever u want to in your blog but just keep in mind that whatever u post up may influence and affect others. Hope you'll understand.

ms. lily: I took the pills for a few months, since starting of december till around june and I stopped taking. Also, if you want optimum effect, you gotta exercise and eat healthily... =D Need determination as well!! fat girl: WHY YOU CALL URSELF FAT GIRL!! Fat is a sensitive word!!! I take ONE pill a day from December to June and I stopped taking. Eat less fatty food and eat lotsa fruits!! As i said the med may cause constipation and eating fruits is waaay healthier than regular food. But if you exercise and cut down on snacks and junk food, i'm sure you'll lose 16kgs in a shorter period! =D

a major side effect of these fat blockers is also it puts a major strain on the heart so people who smoke shouldn't take it, cause it can cause heart attacks.

Believe it or not.. Just before I read this post, my colleagues let me have a pill of Reductil..
I ate it immediately at around 3pm..
5pm i was like blur blur and "high" wtf...
6pm i bcome a bit better but i feel like im slow.. like slow than usual..
9pm i feel as though every food i see taste like shit....

Ask ur friend how many mg hers is! =/ and hahaha sorta psychologically you'll think that the medicine works and you'll start to think your damn full and all lor... i think that's the most important part why I think it's useful *teehee*
hey hey...i used to take reductil too!! tho im was not overweight then but i took those pills for work related reasons...with doctor's prescription of course...but i remember they used to be pretty strict with those pills...u'll need doctor's prescription to buy in pharmacists...now no need adi meh??
