But it's not what I wanted it to look like, cause my tank top is in BAD shape, that's why I always prefer quality than quantity (i'm lying you see) My tank top has such BAD cutting, cause it's RM 9 from the from RM 9 rack in Miss Selfridge... =D <--- STEAL!! =D=D=D Anyway I know you love how I dress I put pictures of myself to piss you off HAHAHAA

And I must say, I'm pretty happy I lost 5kgs =D=D=D=D Now I can photoshop myself less already!!

teefernee: eh im not sure is it true anot, cause my weighing scale dunno accurate anot but I do feel slightly thinner la... haha my kawan KIM taught me how to... she's pro in this she lost 10kgs in a month last time... jst eat meat and vege and fruits for one whole month... no sugar entire month... so means no dessert everything it kinda suck, if u have better diet ways you could use em, use atkins as your last resort cause you'll suffer like shit T_T 10 more days till heaven T____T

I'm one fucking lazy person and if i exercise I think the results will be much better i'll be more toned, but won't lose so much weight cause you're building muscles instead :) But I'll start doing sit ups and cycling in the air cause my legs are getting flabby ok i dunno why but i think it did get SLIGHTLY thinner
yee: Yeah rely fully on atkins I havent touched sugar and rice noodles carbs in 20 days.. :P I lost 4 kgs in 2 weeks the last time, but as I mention, i'll start doing some exercise, I wanna tone up more i'm so flabby T__T

dhiya: haha seriously it's just atkins ok, I dont do any exercise which is really bad and I'm getting more and more flabby cos of that =(
You can always google for the atkins website, it's just a one month program you don't touch any carbs ie rice and noodles, you can eat all the meat you want and remember to eat vege.
things that you have to avoid first 2 weeks
rice, noodles bread anything carbo
fruits - cause you cannot take sugar first 2 weeks
Dairy products also cannot
the firsst 2 weeks is your induction period to make you get used to ur diet
after 2 weeks you can eat fruits and take in dairy products but slowly increase the intake each week.
It's kinda tough in a way cause you need serious self control you can only eat chicken chop, meat and vege.
Take in as much dark green vege as possible to avoid having constipation like me (I had trouble going to toilet for a really long time cause I didn;t eat enough meat T_T)
And remember to drink LOTSA LOTSA water!! The more the better cause you'll get realllly thirsty during the diet...
But anyhoo babe I don't think you need to diet you look absolutely fine just the way you are summore you're so petite ok!!! If you wanna tone up you could always just sign up for gym and I'm sure that'd be enough!!
