And then there was one fine day when I was at the mall I just wanted to withdraw cash from the ATM and stupid Maybank atm not working I went to the AMbank one instead... And then it was taking a tad longer than usual and they pop the screen "thank you for your transaction"


And no money came out

No receipt whatsoever


I ran downstairs to the underground floor for another Maybank atm machine and I checked my balance...


Rm 100 deducted (cause I wanted to withdraw 100)

I called maybank they say they cannot do anything blablabla so I called up Ambank cause I used THEIR atm machine instead! And it turned out that, THEY NEED 5 FREAKING WORKING/BUSINESS DAY TO INVESTIGATE!!!


Like HOW the fuck do they investigate?? I have to sell like 3 or 4 baju to get like about 100-200 bucks, and the money that I withdraw is the thing I get in exchange to part with my lovely clothes!!!
