ANYWAY I am very proud of my invention, or fine I copied or was inspired by this restaurant, not sure if you know, Koon Kee Wantan Mee at Damansara Utama, this very very famous wantan noodle store at DU, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the dumplings there!!! Also known as "Sui Kow'
I had them on the day before I left KL for breakfast... Nostalgic much T_T
Anyway ingredients
Minced Pork
Prawns
Dumpling Skin (Round not square cause square is for wantan)
Salt
Pepper
Soya Sauce
and key ingredient...
Coriander leaves (芹菜)
Just a little bit to mix, it is so so so good!!! Too bad they don't sell waterchestnut here or Im just lazy to peel but if you mix together it is heavenly...
I stole pictures from google cause everyone know how mince pork prawns dumpling skin looks like -_-

I dunno how much is it in grams but just roughly gauge how many dumpling you wanna eat/make. Damn mengada right whoever who took this picture must add leafs wtf

peeled prawns. I usually get the 30 ones (bout 2 - 2.5 inches long), meaning in 1kg there's 30 prawns. For bigger prawns like tiger prawns, it's usually 21/22 the best. See I know my prawns *proud* sigh Chef Ramsay my sifu. *kowtow wtf*

About one stalk of coriander, i know a lot of people hate the taste of this I hate it too but not in my dumplings... Just a little for the flavour... :D
Steps:
1. Add soya sauce and little bit of salt and pepper to season the mince pork
2. Chop up coriander leaves together with the stalk, just chop the damn stalk of leave
3. Mix with mince pork
4. Wrap into dumpling skin
5. Boil
Well I personally prefer a whole prawn in me dumpling cause I love the texture of biting the entire prawn, or you can chop into smaller pieces so it's easier to wrap!
I am pro so I can just wrap this 2.5 inch prawn into one mini dumpling skin WITH pork heehee

optional: add oil to boiling water so dumplings won't stick together.

NYUMMYYYY... I left out stupid spring onions if not I'll add em to my soup :D

Mix Vinegar and chilli oil and flakes together and eat it together it is so goooddddd

sauce :D
Ahhh, I feel so, accomplished now wtf cause I don't have to pay RM 1 for one miserable dumpling I can just make my own and have like 20 at one go!!!!
What chu think?? And it's damn easy and fun to make dumplings la.... Me likey!!! :D
