Not sure how the Koreans do it but everything so simple, can taste so so good!! Rich in flavours and apparently they don't add any MSG into their food (and quite true cause I never get TOO thirsty after meals in Korea, unless it's super spicy wtf) Their version of "miso" aka Ddenjjang is made from all natural ingredients too! Healthy much??? I think I'm going to stockup on Kimchi, I'm craving for some boiling hot kimchi stew omnomnom.
