sugar high. I had so much sugar this week, I think a type 2 diabetes is coming my way. Things haven't been going too well as of late, but you know, better things will come. Bestie and sister is back, all is good. I've got so many new things that the bestie brought back and vanilla essence from Aussie. Pure vanilla essence, not the cheap tesco brand flavouring. Sometimes I wonder, can you ever go dutch on love? One thing for sure is you'll never know what the others are thinking. Thing is, if you give it all but you don't get back what you gave, you'll be shattered. Truth is, it doesn't matter. If it's what you want, then risk it all.

xin: I hate how u always have to follow the exact recipe or it'll turn out disastrous. The amount of sugar is INSANE!!!! But I still tweak it some times like adding 2 tbs instead of 2tsp of cinnamon :P Vanilla too hahahahah

dew: I stopped at level 1 day 5, I find it really boring cause I keep repeating the same moves and it goes on for 10 days. I find it quite hard to follow, cause I prefer doing it at my own pace. They have all these interval moves that goes on for only 45 minutes for strength, for which I find to do it with the right form, and It's really bad for my knees/back. So I stopped. Maybe on days where I don't have time to hit the gym I'll do it. Most important is looking after your food intake. I believe in moderation, you need to let loose some times, I find that so much better. Or at the very least I feel happier. :)
